Homeopathic medicines cannot be returned or exchanged once sold, due to regulatory requirements and product safety standards.

Supplements
* Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
* Products must be sealed, unused, and in good condition.
* After inspection, a credit note will be issued (cash refunds are not provided).

Damaged or Incorrect Products
* If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours with photos.
* We will arrange an exchange or issue a credit note after verification.
